A three-story apartment building with eight apartments, architecturally clear and modern with a basement, which is compact in volume and simple in form. The two-, three- and four-room apartments are located on three floors, each apartment has a storage space in the basement.
The building is designed with triple-pane windows with plastic frames that open to a French balcony. All floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with metal balcony railings. The apartments have spacious loggias, which are located one above the other on the sides of the building.
Central heating, water and sewerage are planned for the house. The comfortable indoor climate of the apartments is ensured by underfloor heating, which can be adjusted on a room-by-room basis. Each apartment has apartment-specific ventilation with heat recovery. Solar panels are installed on the roof, which cover part of the house's energy consumption.
