I have worked in Estonian real estate since 1996 — first in commercial property in Tartu, today in residential sales across Tallinn and Harju County.

Three decades in this market means I have seen several cycles. That experience lets me price a property realistically and tell a client honestly what it will actually sell for.

I work with clients in English, Estonian and Russian, which makes me a practical choice for foreign buyers and investors. I handle the full process: valuation, title and building registry checks, marketing, negotiation and the notarial transaction.
