Nelli Kerde

I am the Founder and Partner of Uus Maa Loond and a real estate agent with professional property valuation experience. I help clients make informed real estate decisions by combining market-based pricing, a well-planned sales strategy and professional transaction management.

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2020. Between 2021 and 2023, I worked as a Certified Junior Property Valuer, which enables me not only to market a property effectively but also to assess its realistic market value, the factors affecting its sale and potential transaction risks.

My work goes far beyond publishing a property listing. I develop a tailored sales strategy for each property, help determine the right market price, highlight its strengths, manage marketing and negotiations, and represent my clients throughout the entire sales process until the notarial transaction is completed.

I have completed more than 100 real estate transactions and was awarded 3rd place in the Uus Maa Real Estate Agent of the Year competition in both 2024 and 2025.

I primarily work in Tallinn and Harju County, with a particular focus on Tallinn, Kehra and Anija Parish. I provide services in Estonian, English and Russian.
