There is a walk-in wardrobe next to the bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, integrated stove and oven and a hood. The living room has a sofa with storage space, a wall unit, a TV and a TV cabinet. The living room and bedroom have access to a spacious balcony.
The apartment includes a storage space on the 0th floor and a secure parking space in a rooftop parking garage. Guests can park in front of the house if there are free spaces. The courtyard is separated by a barrier.
The house is in good condition, the staircase and yard are in good condition and well maintained. The building is connected to district heating.
