Teatri Maja Residence was the industrial and business quarter of the city center during the First Republic of Estonia. The original building was destroyed during the March bombing of World War II, but fortunately part of the first floor's limestone wall has survived to this day. The building was rebuilt in 1952 and was used by the Tallinn Regional Government and then the Library of the Estonian SSR Academy of Sciences. The main facade, lobby, main staircase and hall of the building, together with the interior design, have been declared a cultural monument and have been restored to their original form.
The apartment is available from 17.08.2026
Upon signing the lease, a deposit of 690 euros, the first month's rent in advance and a broker's fee of 690 euros, plus VAT, must be paid.
