The apartment is located on the 3rd floor; the building has an elevator. The apartment has a total area of 41.3 m². There is also a 5.2 m² balcony offering a beautiful view of the Emajõgi River.

INTERIOR
The floors are covered with natural oak parquet, the walls are painted and the bathroom is tiled.
The apartment is fully furnished: the kitchen features new kitchen furniture with appliances, including an induction cooker, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. UTILITIES
The apartment has central heating system with underfloor heating. The temperature in each room can be adjusted individually. Fresh air enters the apartment through a ventilation system with heat recovery.
Utility bills are low, averaging €50 in the summer and €100 in the winter, plus metered water and electricity. All meter readings are taken remotely.
LOCATION
An exceptionally peaceful and quiet neighborhood, with a children’s playground in the yard. Behind the building is the Emajõgi River, and a few hundred meters away is a summer leisure area by the river, an outdoor gym, a walking trail, and equipped rest areas.
