The apartment has three rooms and two bathrooms with the windows overlooking stunning views of the sea, beach, Tallinn Yacht Club boating and the city.
The large living room is connected with the kitchen area. Kitchen is equipped with the high-quality household appliances: a large fridge, a steamer cooker, a wine locker, a dishwasher etc. You can contemplate the sea view while cooking. All the apartment ceilings are 3 meters high. The double-sided fireplace can be accessed from the living room and bedroom. The wide bedroom offers an amazing sea view that can be admired both from the room and from its en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is very comfortable: there are a Jacuzzi hot tub, shower, toilet, dressing room and a washing machine-dryer. The other bedroom-study has a dome window which nevertheless supplies the room with enough daylight. Presently, there is a new sofa bed with the new mattress of the same size to ensure comfortable sleeping experience. Whenever necessary, you can use the desk perfectly matching the room’s interior and the armchair presently kept in the storage room. Ventilation is regulated separately for each room throughout the whole apartment, in summer it is possible to use air conditioning. In addition, two parking places next to the entrance and a storage room located on the guarded ground floor belong to the apartment.
