There is kitchen with open living room, bedroom, and one more room (little bit colder and without windows), bathroom with floor heating. Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, TV, sofa. TV and Internet service can be joined (Elisa packages 30-50€ per month).
The utilities (electricity, water, gas, heating etc) are to be paid additionally (in summer ca 100€, in winter ca 150€).
Long time renters are preferred. Smoking in not allowed in apartment or house. Pet in agreement. When contract is made the deposit 400€ and first months rent is paid.
