The apartment is located on the first floor and is in good condition. All rooms are separate (not walkthrough). Windows a located on the both sides of the apartment. The kitchen has access to a balcony. Heating is provided by an air heat pump.
The apartment is ready for move-in. Minimum essential furniture is available, including a large bed, washing machine, wardrobe, kitchen furniture, and appliances, etc.
Lehtse has a kindergarten, primary school, grocery store, family doctor, and other services. It's a calm and secure area.
In addition, Lehtse has excellent train connections with Tallinn, Narva, and Tartu and bus connections with Aegviidu and Tapa. Tallinn (Ülemiste) can be reached by train in 45-50 minutes, with up to 20 train departures per day. Many people commute to Tallinn for school or work on a daily basis.
The rent is 250 eur/month. Utility costs are approximately €50, plus electricity expenses based on the consumption (fix price 11s/kWh)
A security deposit of €500 is required (no deposit is added when renting through a rendin*). No broker fee/ contract signing fee is added.
Invoices can be issued and registration can be arranged if needed. Ukrainians are welcome.
Pets are allowed, but be aware of the potential additional costs (insurance and increase in required deposit).
