Construction of the first phase of the Linnupargi Park Campus began in the summer of 2019, with the first two apartment buildings completed in the spring of 2020. Just as Rome wasn’t built in a day, the Linnupargi residential area has grown and expanded steadily and thoughtfully over time.
Today, one of Tartu’s most trusted developers, Avaare Kinnisvara, in collaboration with Ehitustrust and the architects of Apex Architecture Bureau, has created an impressive park-style urban campus that offers a high-quality living environment.

Its uniqueness is highlighted by the curved sun-facing side adorned with grand terraces for the apartments, while the opposite side of the building offers a more classic architectural style. This A-energy class apartment building will consist of two sections of different heights – a six-story and a three-story section, each with its own elevator, connected through a ground-floor gym and an underground parking garage.
