We're looking for tenants for a light-filled two-room apartment with high ceilings and a balcony.
The apartment comprises a living room with an open kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with WC, bathtub and separate shower (electric underfloor heating), and a hallway. There are several built-in storage spaces throughout.
Located on the 2nd floor of a 6-storey building, the apartment faces a quiet street in central Kalamaja. The balcony also offers a view of the Old Town.
Living room: A large L-shaped custom-made Sofaservice sofa (220x260), blackout pleated blinds and day curtains, a custom-made oval glass table seating six, and four BoConcept Ottawa chairs. The apartment is wired for internet. The floors are finished in microcement — easy to maintain, and warm and soft underfoot.

Bedroom: A large bed, two bedside tables, blackout pleated blinds and day curtains, plus a minimalist floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and additional storage.
Bathroom: Bathtub, washbasin, mirror, washing machine and dryer, with electric underfloor heating.
Location. Balti Jaam Market, Telliskivi Creative City, Noblessner, Kalarand, Volta Quarter, the city centre and the Old Town are all a stone's throw away. Restaurants, grocery shops, schools and kindergartens are nearby, and good public transport links give quick access across the city.
RENT AND COSTS
Rent is €850 per month, excluding utilities and WiFi.
Utilities are approximately €133 in winter and €83 in summer, averaging €105 over the year.
Electricity is billed separately based on consumption.

One month's rent plus an €850 deposit are payable on signing.
