A cosy three-room apartment is available for long-term rent in one of Tallinn’s most pleasant areas, just a few steps from the sea.
We are looking for responsible, tidy and considerate tenants who are planning to stay for a longer period and will take good care of the apartment.
The apartment has a comfortable and functional layout. The spacious living room is combined with the kitchen and dining area, creating an open and comfortable space for everyday living. A sofa bed has already been placed in the living room and can be used as an additional sleeping space when needed. It is not yet shown in the current photos.
The large windows overlook tall pine trees, offering a beautiful green view throughout the year. The apartment is located on the sunny side of the building, while the pines provide pleasant natural shade and protect the rooms from direct summer sunlight. At the same time, the apartment is not dark and receives comfortable natural daylight.
Each room has adjustable ventilation valves installed in the windows, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh air.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom now has a new bed, which differs from the one shown in the photos. It also includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom currently contains two sofas. If needed, one of them can be moved to the living room or removed from the apartment.

The hallway features a spacious built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors.
The apartment is very warm and comfortable throughout the year.
The building is located practically by the sea: simply walk out of the building and around it to reach the beach. Nearby walking and cycling paths run along the coast and through the pine forest, offering excellent opportunities for walks, relaxation and exercise.
Within walking distance are a Rimi supermarket, a market, Fitness24, a post office, cafés, restaurants and all essential amenities. A bus stop is located close to the building.
Rental terms: monthly rent is €950, with utility costs paid separately. Upon signing the agreement, the tenant is required to pay the first month’s rent, a security deposit of €950 and an agency fee of €950 + VAT.
In addition, a designated numbered parking space can be rented from the apartment association for €40 + VAT per month.
