This apartment features a sunlit living room, a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, two smaller bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. All rooms are separate, with windows facing both sides of the building.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, a TV, a chest of drawers, and an antique H. Gütschow piano (requires tuning). The master bedroom includes a double bed, a nightstand, and a chest of drawers. Additionally, there is a 2.8 m² walk-in wardrobe. The smaller bedrooms (11 m² and 8 m²) offer a cozy study environment with a desk, a single bed, and a bookshelf. One of the smaller bedrooms opens onto a balcony.
The kitchen is spacious and functional, equipped with ample cabinets, a ceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The kitchen furniture also includes an integrated washing machine.

Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which has an elevator. Parking is available in a spacious, remote-controlled lot behind the building.
Location: The apartment is located on quiet Karu Street, which runs parallel to intense Narva maantee, providing excellent transport connections to different parts of the city. The Selver grocery store is just 50 meters away, Nautica shopping center is a 10-minute walk, Viru Shopping Center and the Old Town are just 15 minutes away on foot. The iconic Kadriorg Park, with its museums and walking trails, is nearby, as is the seaside Reidi tee promenade. Tallinn University’s buildings are just a five-minute walk away.
The rent is subject to additional utility costs: approximately 180 EUR in the summer and 300 EUR in the winter.
When signing the contract, the following costs need to be considered:
- the first month's rent of 900 EUR
- an agency fee of 900 EUR + 24% VAT.
The tenancy agreement will be signed through the Rendin platform, which allows tenants to rent without paying a traditional security deposit.
The service also includes protection in case of unexpected loss of income, such as redundancy or serious health issues.
Instead of a standard security deposit, tenants pay a small monthly fee equal to 4% of the monthly rent.
