A two-room apartment in a quite area in Mustamäe is immediately available. Living room and kitchen windows face north, bedroom gets midday sun. From the living room an entrance to a small balcony. Behind and in front of the building there are trees and green area. Free parking in front of the building. In the kitchen you can find a fridge with a small freezer and washing machine. There is a stove, but no real oven. Toilet and bathroom (with bath and shower) in separate rooms. The surrounding and corridors of the building are clean.
Monthly costs are reasonable (in addition to the rent). In winter around 160 EUR and in summer around 80 EUR (heating, water, management costs, garbage). Electricity approximately around 25 EUR per month (depending on the use) comes on top plus Internet.
