LIND BUILDING:
Sepapaja 6 is a beautiful 2-storey limestone building that has been listed in the National Registry of Cultural Monuments as an immovable monument. The estimated date of construction of the building is 1899. It was the central chemistry laboratory from the former Dvigatel times where on the second floor there was a doctor’s reception office.

In 2006, the building was reconstructed into an office building and bears the name of Artur Lind, the founder of Estonian molecular biology and an academic. In Lind Building, the main tenant is Fontes, a talent consulting agency. Access is available on a 24/7 basis.

LOCATION:
Ülemiste City is located at the artery of transport options, with Tallinn Airport on one side and the future Rail Baltic and new bus terminal on the other. The harbour is only a 10-minute drive away from the campus, and Tallinn’s main routes Peterburi road and Tartu highway right at the doorstep.

You can travel here from any part of the Tallinn by tram or bus, while saving urban space and nature.

Large parking lots and garages have the capacity to accommodate around 3.300 cars. Parking is organized in the parking garages. For guests, parking for the first 2 hours in outdoor parking lots with a parking meter is free of charge and in parking garages for 1 hour is free of charge.
