The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for everyday living. It is located on the 1st floor. All windows face a quiet inner courtyard, and in winter there is also a partial sea view.
The apartment has an open and modern layout, consisting of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom includes a bed with spacious storage compartments, a wardrobe and bedside tables. There is currently also an extendable children’s bed in the apartment, which can remain if desired.
The living room is combined with an open kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed with storage, a coffee table, a TV stand with a TV (Smart TV), and a small desk. There is also an additional wardrobe/storage unit in the corner niche of the living room.
The kitchen furniture is new. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and kettle. Basic kitchenware is also provided.
The bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine is also available.
Tenants interested in long-term rental are welcome. Pets are allowed.
It is also possible to use a basement storage unit.
Based on 2026 expenses, utility costs are up to EUR 280 in winter and EUR 150 in summer. The costs depend on electricity and water consumption.
