For rent, a spacious 1-bedroom apartment in a great location!
The apartment consists of an entry, living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with a bath tub. There are spacious built-in wardrobes in the bedroom and entry. The kitchen has a small fridge and a washing machine nicely hidden behind a door.
Pictured furniture and appliances will stay in the apartment. There's a TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.
The location is great and everything in the city center is a very short walk away. Solaris shopping center and Stockmann both only 5 minute walk and Estonian Business School just around the corner.
Utility costs are added to the rent - an average of 260 euros in winter and 160 euros in summer.
The first payment when moving in will be:
- first month's rent 550 eur
- broker's fee 550 eur + VAT 24%.
The tenancy agreement will be signed through the Rendin platform, which allows tenants to rent without paying a traditional security deposit.
The service also includes protection in case of unexpected loss of income, such as redundancy or serious health issues.
Instead of a standard security deposit, tenants pay a small monthly fee equal to 4% of the monthly rent.
