The apartment is rented long-term, pets are not allowed.
UTILITY COSTS
The house has district heating and natural ventilation. The additional costs of the apartment are very reasonable, in winter approx. 160 eur/month and in summer approx. 90 eur/month, additional is electricity for the apartment depending on consumption (about 10-20 eur/month).
