PUUSEPP BUILDING
Named after Ludvig Puusepp, the pioneer of Estonian neurosurgery, the Lõõtsa 2A/2B office complex consists of two 10-storey twin towers located at the corner of Suur-Sõjamäe and Lõõtsa streets.
Built in 2007, the glass-clad twin towers are bright and spacious. The upper floors of Tower B offer panoramic views over Tallinn and Ülemiste City Park. The office layouts within the buildings vary – from open, light-filled workspaces to comfortable private offices – providing flexibility for different business needs.
A shared courtyard unites the two towers into one harmonious whole. Its warm, welcoming atmosphere provides a pleasant transition from the outdoor space to the interior, balancing the modern glass façade with a sense of comfort.
The ground floor features attractive, high-visibility commercial spaces with their own entrances. The upper floors are accessible via two passenger elevators from the reception area, while a separate service lift near the entrance is designated for goods transport.
